My goal is to help adults and children develop tools and skills that create a mental foundation that is more able to withstand the twists and turns that life may bring. This can be achieved through therapy, exercise, changes in diet, and/or medication. Change does not happen overnight and I desire to help you through your healing journey, no matter the length of the journey.
I have worked in psychiatry since 2011, first as a registered nurse and now as an APRN. My specialty is in child psychiatry. I recognize that medication is not the answer for every patient. Therapy and lifestyle changes can greatly impact ones mental health as well. I can give guidance on the treatment plan that best fits you.
I provide consistent follow up care, which is necessary for mental health care. To expect overnight change and results is unrealistic, and I will be there to support and guide you through your healing journey.
